Reliability, professionalism, trust and respect would be the main traits I’d use to describe David, Richard and the guys who have worked at our place. From the initial visit until the completion date, David and the team were exceptionally good in terms of communication, clarity of timelines, costs, process, etc. Despite it being a somewhat daunting process for us as we had no knowledge in this area, we felt we always knew at what stage we were and, even with some delay (at no fault of their own), we always felt “in control” and supported. Their appreciation for the level of stress that such a major disruption would bring to our lives (we are a family with very young children) was admirable, and they always looked to accommodate to our needs very sensibly, often going the “extra mile” to make sure we were as comfortable as possible. 
In the issues we had, and that always happen in this context, there was always a clear acknowledgement of responsibility, and the solutions were immediately found and applied.
We are extremely happy with the outcome and won’t hesitate in recommending the services from “Bespoke Joinery & Building/ Nottingham”. We will, most certainly, use their services again.
